My two younger children, well, mostly my son, has this habit of not going to sleep early at night, even if he is very tired during the day

I know children his age need a lot of sleep but he can’t seem to get in the groove of sleeping early even if he woke up early

We even call him “call center agent” because of his habit of staying awake well into the dead of the night and waking up before noon :(

Yes, I know children from age 5 till 12 need 10 -11 hours of sleep otherwise they will get cranky and get into the habit of having mood swings because they lack sleep

I am even devising ways to keep him on bed around 9pm as a way to “practice” the habit to get him ready to go to regular school next school year, if he will agree to my decision, lol!

Sleep number beds would perhaps him lull him to sleep, and I hope this habit would stay on so he can get plenty of rest and that goes to my youngest daughter too 😀

instilling good habits early on in life will lead kids to better individual later on. but well, sleeping habit is quite a challenging job, frenchguy’s a morning person while im a night person. since the most efficient teaching is through imitation (well, at least in our case), medyo conflicting na kaagad, lol.
