Every Saturday, participants post photos based on a theme. The theme for this Saturday, June 05, 2008 is BAD HAIR.

I could have put my own photo since I always have bad hair. My hair’s texture changed from straight to wavy after I gave birth. I also tend to tie my hair which also makes the hair wavier than it should be. Groan. One of my long-time students AT even asked me what happened to my hair that it became curly. Oh my.

Below are photos of the children having bad hair. Permission was granted that I use their photos here because lately I haven’t been using their photos online for online security reasons.

Julian’s uneven hair cut. I figured I could give him a little nip on the bangs and I did a really bad job. Tania’s hair needed to be cut too.

Bad hair or not, Julian still know how to have a good time with a stuffed snake toy :)

Oh, here is another bad hair photo:

Here is a photo of a self-portrait that LM did for our lesson on the concept of self. Yeah, definitely bad hair 😉

Here is another entry for bad hair, from a Japanese anime series that my children love to watch.

Julian looks cute even with those uneven bangs on his head 😛 The self-portrait is pretty good, definitely not something to show the hairdresser though! *lol*

Have a good weekend Julie!! :)

You sure have access to many bad hair experiences in school Julie. Luckily none of them cut their own hair yet 😛

These are all so precious. I wouldn’t even consider them ‘bad hair days’ at all.

My ‘bad hair’ is of a TV star from decades ago…stop by, won’t you?

[there is also a long meme I did for today, so if you wish to leave a comment for me, you will have to scroll down the blog entry to find the comment link!]

Hi Julie. I’m back.

How interesting that your hair became curly after giving birth. I wonder why. First time I’ve heard of it.
The kids look great and I love Julian’s fun shot.

10 Jun, 2008 @ 6:51 pm

Hahaha, kawawa naman si Julian! I try my very best (just as you do, I’m sure) to cut my kids’ hair as straight as possible. Pero most of the time eh - sorry nalang sila! haha

Your kids are adorable still!

First time I heard of that — hair turning curly post-natally. I wish giving birth had that effect on me. My hair is super straight though I know that is today’s ‘good hair.’ But i am not a today person. :(

True,Ana, my hair became “wild” and hard to manage, tumigas din 😀

Why kaya your “memory loss”? Due to meds given while you were birthing?

Rachel, I have heard cancer survivors say that too, their hair became different when it grew back. Medyo wild ang hair ko and hard to manage but I am not too daring to try the straightening solutions. Mahal din kasi 😀
