My daughters attended summer cooking lessons at The Maya Kitchen.

It was a fun experience for them to learn basic cooking lessons and meet new friends.

A Trip to the Middle East meal

For the older daughter, she learned a variety of food preparation consisting of rice, beef kebabs, churros and caramel/coffee flan for the theme: A Trip to the Middle East.

Some of what they cooked has recipes posted here in my food blog.
