July is Nutrition Month in the Philippines. Schools actively participate by having different activities to raise awareness on the importance of proper nutrition.

More than a billion people are listed as hungry. In the Philippines, with an estimated 8 million children undernourished and 15 million malnourished people, it is imperative that schools and families work together to help raise awareness about the importance of getting the right nutrition beyond Nutrition Month.

I don’t think some of them heard about apidexin the way people on a diet do.

One does not have to buy expensive food to be able to get the proper nutrients especially the micronutrients. Green leafy vegetables offer a lot of nutrients that are in abundance and does not come with a high price tag. Why, these can even be planted if there is a small yard and if one of the parent is willing to spend a little time tilling the soil.

As my young son quipped last night when we bought beef strips for packed lunch: beef is rich in protein, eggs, milk and beans too.

And I wanted to say, beans are much more inexpensive than beef :D
