I have “produced” a lot of kefir these past few days because the heat apparently makes the kefir grains propagate a lot. I have since let the grains sleep for a few days now until I consume all those that I have harvested.

I even use kefir as a facial wash/mask.

Meanwhile, since we have avocados at home, I will be making kefir and avocado facial mask which I read about in the web a while ago. It is so easy to make, just mix a small portion of mushed avocado and kefir and voila! apply on the face for 10-15 minutes.

I am sure there are a lot of options out there for my zitĀ  like Acneticin but since I have natural ingredients, might as well go for the natural ones.

And now I wait till the avocado ripens a bit.
