Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others. ~Marcus Tullius Cicero

“Thank you.”

Two words that can make a huge difference in our lives and our relationship with others including people we do not directly know.

When was the last time you said “thank you?”

My sweetness of gratitude are offered to:

  1. God for continually blessing my family and helping us keep the faith despite the many bumps along the way.
  2. My parents for their unconditional love.
  3. My husband who is supportive of me and who is devoted to the children.
  4. My children who bring me constant joy.
  5. My students and their parents who continually trust in me to guide their children.
  6. My RL and virtual friends who impart life lessons spiced with humor and wit.
  7. The readers of this blog (and my other blogs) who inspire me to write post that will help me reflect and ponder life’s lessons, hoping I could make a little difference in their lives.

So, I ask again, when was the last time you said “thank you”?

Had there been times when you have forgotten  to say these words and regretted later on because it was too late to go back to that situation and utter these two words of gratitude?

Are you thankful for the little and simple things around you?

Have you experienced feeling thankful from the bottom of your heart?

Have you been thankful for life’s challenges and tough times?

How many different ways can you say “Thank You” and would you be able to take a sweetness of gratitude photo to  share?

I won’t dare join a photo contest but I would like to affirm I have many things to be grateful for. I used to have a daily thankfulness journal which served me well when the chips were down.

Blogging and getting to know some wonderful bloggies who became friends is one of the more recent reasons why I should always say hallelujah and thank you.
