Have an open-faced sandwich.
Cut down on the salad dressing.
Use skim milk instead of full-cream milk.
Cut down intake of sweets including soda, chocolate and sugared fruit juices.
Eat “real food” and not processed ones.
These are just some of the tips I have read again and again about losing weight. I think these do not just apply to adults but to young people too.
It seems doing these things is simple and there is really no need to spend a lot of money on the best weight loss supplements if one can do these things.
For parents, teaching their children about food and nutrition early on helps these children know better about healthy eating. It is not just the weight that people should be concerned about but they should be more concerned with healthy eating than just cutting the weight.
Parents have the tendency some times to say “Just let him eat what he wants, he is still young and can’t have diabetes yet.”
One more thing: “Fat/chubby children are healthy” belief should more likely sound like “fat children are more susceptible to health problems later on ”
Well, yes, poor early eating habits result in health problems later on. Not to mention their sense of self-worth is diminished if they become the butt of jokes in school because they are overweight.
Would any parent want that for their children? I think not.
This is an interesting read on the topic of baby bulimic. Must.click.to.read.
