Last year, we joined other homeschooling children who are under the same school set-up to celebrate United Nations’ Day on October 24.

We belonged to the group that represented Australia/Oceania. Below are some hand-made flags for the presentation:

Flags are very important not just in recognizing a nation but as a symbol of this nation’s sovereignty and freedom. I hope.

Isn’t it funny how every nation feels flags are important? I mean– is there any nation that does not have a flag? Amazing.. good post.
