Establishing a routine for exercising which includes walking and/or biking is not just beneficial for the physique but also a wonderful way to discipline one’s self.

We went biking and walking yesterday after we had a hearty brunch of tapsilog.

After that we went to the supermarket to get a week’s supply of food which I know will not probably last till the Friday.

When we were about to go home, hubby told me to look at the SD cards being sold at a photo developing center. He said that these are less expensive compared to what is usually the price.

I need memory upgrade and I will definitely go back to get one. Maybe when the supplies we got are consumed.

Biking is a fun activity that I miss. We gave away our old mountain bike. May be it’s time to get a new one.

Same here, lucky if the groceries I buy for a week last for five days. Even if I buy good for two weeks, they don’t last for a week. I’ve a growing girl. 😀
