I saw this in Cookie‘s food blog as her Lasang Pinoy Sundays leftover entry and where my entry was a BBQ Omelet. Yum to both!

Why did I say yum to both?

Because I cooked the BBQ omelet and I also tried what Cookie did. Yes, I did. And I did some “tweaking” and added chocolate chps because we don’t have any walnuts.

Here is a photo of what I made:

Muffins and mini-loaves with banana, chocolate chip and oats.

I want to get a brick and hit me in the head I would have wanted to go back in time and learned doing these yummy goods to serve as snacks and food-to-go for school with my children. These are also best with milk or coffee and served warm.

The weight of just one muffin is incredible, it was heavy. Why I gave my children those cupcakes that were bought in the supermarkets and weigh like nothing baffles me till now. Never again will I buy these greasy and airy ones (I hope so).

Who knows, baking these could have been the start of a home based business opportunity for me :)

You do baking too Salen, but for some clients? That’s quite a profitable business, accordning to those who do it for a few choice clients.
