“Winter” has come to this hot and humid country.

Yes, we are experiencing an unusually chilly December, with typhoons threatening to enter the country as of late. According to weather reports, this trend will continue till February. I say “Hooray” to that but I pity those who have asthma and allergies because this is the kind of weather that makes them sick.

Yes, a lot of people are getting sick these days, cough, colds, asthma attacks and fever. Not fun when Christmas is just around the corner so better take a lot of vitamin C, take rest whenever one feels tired and stressed and just enjoy the holiday season to keep sickness at bay.

Elsewhere (wow, I feel like a weather reporter) in North America and Canada, sleet and snow has caused accidents.

I should hope there would be no more accidents such as these and those who enjoy riding their snowmobile get the chance to do so during the holidays. They just have to make sure that their snowmobile parts are still in good condition.

This is our “winter tree” which I have featured in my blogs several times already.

Our almost leafless “winter” tree. For now, we enjoy these months where we shudder a little due to the cold winds.
