I have this pack of chocolate powder mix that was given to me by my mother-in-law three weeks ago. It has a fine powdery feel to it.

She instructed my husband that it is for a brownie recipe. She’s got the box and the instructions so I do not exactly know what I have to do to make the brownies.

Mother-in-law told me that the brownies we had for snacks last week was from the same box. She said she used 1/3 cup o water, 1/3 cup of oil and 1 egg.

Those brownies were quite good though a bit too moist for my taste. I am not sure if I want to use that much oil for this so now I am looking for brownies recipes in dessert recipes sites to have an idea on what to do about it.

Can anyone give me a suggestion for this one?

That looks like a lot of brownies!

If it’s too moist for you (what about for your children?), you may wish to go easy on the oil– bawasan mo nang unti. Is that formula for every cup of the mix? If you have nuts or raisins, why don’t you use them too for a perkier brownie.

I will be glad to experiment-bake for you if you send me some. hehehe
