Christmas is just around the corner and I am sure a lot of people have started their Christmas shopping already or have started writing their Christmas wish list.

Christmas has been getting more commercialized year after year. So its not any wonder that after Thanksgiving, Black Friday ads are already worn out and kept in wallets awaiting the big day. I really wish we have something like that here in our country as this makes shopping for Christmas better.

So  what are written in my Christmas wish list? Nothing much for me because I am perfectly ok with what we have right now, even if at times we scrape the barrel when times are tough.

We do have wishes but as the saying goes, “be careful what you wish for”

My Christmas wish list are listed below. I fervently wish…

  • that my family will be healthy and free from illnesses
  • that my husband will be strong and healthy even if there are a lot of stress in the workplace.
  • that my children would be able to learn the life’s lessons that we have been teaching them.
  • that my parents would continue to be strong and healthy.
  • that my students would continue with their progress.

There, those are my the unwritten thought in my Christmas wish list. I have wishes too, for other people which can be read here.

What are in YOUR Christmas wish list?

And about that new wrist watch…

Sometimes we just have to be self-less so that blessings will come back a hundredfold, without us asking for these.

I believe we can’t truly see how we fare if we don’t look around, not to compare our lives with how others are but to see what we have and be thankful for that.

Thank you Cess :)

Same here, Belle, same here. Not that we are rich and has no need for anything, but sometimes, we have to see beyond what we have and don’t have so we can wish for things that are more lasting and more important.

Thank you, I wish you and your family well, especially L. hugs to her.

Amen to that list, Julie. Those are the most important things, after all.
But we can still wish for your watch and my iPhone right? ;)
