Yes,lemon grass is tanglad. This is good too with other food like when we had tahong with sabaw, instead of putting in Sprite, I used the tanglad.Some of those who cooked inasal and fish use this too and I have heard about tinola made with lemon grass. Interesting.

I think it is easy to grow. We have this in our mini-garden.

I have heard so much of the wonders of tea — especially green tea. I think I should begin to drink it again. Lemon grass tea seems wonderful too. That’s not pandan, no? Lemon grass is tanglad? Will look at your other blog asap. One never knows when it would come in handy.
