The tips Heather listed are good and these are what I do too. That and bite my pen cap when things tend to be difficult. Kung makita mo lang yung pen ko na sira na kasi sometimes I just bite it. Hard. Pramis. That's why when we don't have kids and we all troop to the teachers' lounge, halakhakan to the max kami :D I can't even imagine those teachers who teach in public schools, up to 70 class size, not to mention the bullies and those who are up to nothing.
