		<description>Thank you for the visit, Kim. The tips Heather listed are good and these are what I do too. That and bite my pen cap when things tend to be difficult. 

Working with children who have learning difficulties has been rewarding, and the stresses are probably the spice to make it more interesting and challenging.</description>

		<description>Yes, we do try hard to keep our cool Feng. Kung makita mo lang yung pen ko na sira na kasi sometimes I just bite it. Hard. Pramis. 

That&#039;s why when we don&#039;t have kids and we all troop to the teachers&#039; lounge, halakhakan to the max kami :D

I can&#039;t even  imagine those teachers who teach in public schools, up to 70 class size, not to mention the bullies and those who are up to nothing.</description>
