Shelved under Photo Hunters, Snapshots

Every Saturday, participants post photos based on a theme. The theme for this Saturday, July 26, 2008 is HANGING.

Sunset photo with a background of leaves hanging from the trellis.

This is the same trellis during midday, with the plant parts hanging.

Where is this trellis located? I’d love to have one in my garden where I could just hang out and read a book or chat with friends over coffee or tea. :-)

I like hanging plants and vines. They give the garden some drama.

I like the effect of hanging plants on the trellis. That’s a lovely sunset.

Hanging vines with the sun behind them are so lovely, aren’t they?

Those vines look very similar to the wild potato vines that grow around Pollywog Creek.

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend, dear friend.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. My first thought for this week was to post a picture of my weeping willow. I really like your pergola and the hanging plants. :)

Aw,AM, this means so much to me, thank you.

Sometimes, when I look at my photos, I see more nature photos than my children’s photos :D Not that I don’t like taking my kids’ photos, I do but nature is also interesting to photograph.

Who knows, we may never see a certain flower or leaf again, I hope not.
