That was why he was hinting at getting another car. The car was opened on the 15th because we forgot to open it when we got home (quite late and we were exhausted) from work on the night of the 14th. Yes, they know about delayed gratification. We have this practice of letting them choose what they want (within the budget) so at least, they like what they choose.
