I have resolved to drink more water than juices nor soda drinks. I always tell that to myself.

We love fruits in this household so eating these is not a problem. The drinking of water is a problem especially when hubby, who is a bad influence a soda drinker is around, and that means almost all the time we are together, except when we go to work. My resolve to drink water crumbles. Well, not his fault really but mine.

The fruits which we got last Friday are all gone by now, except the oranges so its time to get supplies from the supermarket, if we are to move out of our weekend home stupor. The kids love eating fruits and ice cream too.

My Mom loves to eat fruits. I love fruits but not as much as my Mom does. Hee hee. I think Abby takes after my Mom and for that, I’m glad!

Julie, stop drinking soda! Hahaha! It can be done. I haven’t had any since February. ;)

Have a great week ahead!

That makes a nice shot with the grapes and oranges both of which I love. I almost never drink soda but I drink huge quantities of coffee which is not great. Drinking lots of water is very good and I do pretty well with that. Thanks for the ideas on my camera phone transfer.

my kids loves to eat fruits. we are trying not to drink soda so we buy fruit juices instead.

btw, yeah Bondi is the most popular beach in Sydney and when waves are good expect lots of surfers there. it’s winter and the water is cold that is why the beach is clear which is really very unusual.

It’s good that you always make it a point to have healthy food at home.

That is a good option, Keng. Now I have wisened up, brought more milk in brick containers and bring extra. Whenever we have to wait for hubby to arrive in Megamall where we wait for him before going home, that is what the children drink as they eat their dinner. I don’t order meals with drinks anymore.
