All Things Bright and Beautiful by Cecil Frances Alexander.

All things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small, all things wise and wonderful: the Lord God made them all.

Each little flower that opens, each little bird that sings, God made their glowing colors, and made their tiny wings.

The purple-headed mountains, the river running by, the sunset and the morning that brightens up the day.

The cold wind in the winter, the pleasant summer sun, the ripe fruits in the garden: God made them everyone.

God gave us eyes to see them, and lips that we might tell how great is God Almighty, who has made all things well.

Praise the Lord! I’m thankful I could see, hear and move. I was at an island yesterday and didn’t get a chance to see a starfish but was stunned by the nature of God’s creation.

And my son, God’s precious gift to me, brightens my days. Thanks for your encouragement and kind wishes.
