Petz 3 PC Game is an old pc game. We have had this game for years but it is still running, on Windows 98 :D No kidding, that’s why we still have the program for this particular game.

My kids, all three of them love playing with their virtual pets: feeding, playing, bathing and even giving the pets some discipline. Of course, its not all fun when the puppies come. They love to invent names and write comments or short descriptions about the pets.

Through this game I have found out that Julian is a budding writer (pardon the grammar, he was only 6.5 years old when he wrote that). The photos below were taken late last year. I haven’t taken photos yet of his new written prose but I have read some and these were better than the ones below. Please read on:

This is about King, Julian’s alpha dog.

Guess who did this profile below?

Julian IS a budding writer. I can’t remember writing that well when I was his age.

Try this with your kids, they would definitely enjoy playing with the dogs. I even got some of those Little Pets which I still have to make a post.

Thanks ha :)

Awww, Julian’s got potential. With Teacher Julie by his side, he would be awesome.

Which makes me think wishfully about Apo Andeng. :)

Thanks, AM. My youngest daughter Tania (5yo) is also writing some funny sentences ever since she has started reading a few months ago :)

It really is a different ball game now that children are “advanced” and we parents encourage them to develop their interests.
