For the Spot Pass Trinoma Bloggers Food Trip, of Spot.Ph event, our first stop was The Madison Grill located on level 3.

I love the interiors. The table setting was simple, the chairs were nice to sit on and the staff are of course, friendly. They first served us thin-crust pizza with lamb, olives, onions and cheese. The pizza was tasty. Customers may choose to make their own pizza using 10 or 16 inches pizza dough. Their pizza toppings are fresh and harvested daily because these are prepared produce (according to the flyer).

Below is the pizza preparation table:

See how fresh the bell peppers are? I just had to include this photo since I love these two vegetables.

the olive oil is still sizzling when these were served

One of the pizza preparations which was served.

does not have that lamb aftertaste feel

Braised lamb shank with Oriental spices.

I like this place and I can say that the food is great and would definitely love to come back. But…on second thought, the prices are a bit too high for me.

Hi Teacher Julie,

The food looks really good. You can grow bell peppers in a pot too and harvest them daily. :)

come to think of it, i haven’t eaten pizza in a while. i used to make from scratch, including dough, and it was delicious!

the braised lamb shank looks scrumptious and tender! it is something i can’t resist. if i am in the restaurant and i see it served on other table, i would definitely ask for it, too.

Love bell peppers too! I think they’re both aromatic and tasty at the same time.

Tina, now I really am contemplating growing our own veggies, just like hubby suggested years ago. Now, if I only know how to, that would be great :)

Belle, wow, you even make the dough? How nice and how tipid. Which I could do that too. Sometimes we just use pandesal or loaf bread for make-your-own pizza for dinneror lunch of the kids :)
