Every Saturday, participants post photos based on a theme. This Saturday, also called Black Saturday or Holy Saturday, a day of prayer and silence to remember Christ who died at Calvary, the theme is METAL.

Metal is something that we have in our things, like the things that I am featuring below:

img_2144b.jpg

Metal rings on one of my three-ring binders where I keep worksheets for my students.

img_2142b.jpg

Mini-Maglite in my bag.

Metal chain to ward off trespassers. This was taken at the K9 Cemetery at a former American air force facility here in the Philippines.

Thanks for visiting my entry. Here is another PH entry here. Thank you.
This is a time-stamped post. I will be visiting your blogs after Easter Sunday.

~o0o~

Have a wonderful Easter Sunday and remember Christ who resurrected from the dead to fulfill His promise of salvation over darkness and sin.

Hi Julie. The first one is a creative shot, well done. My hubby also has a small mag lite that he puts inside the car. I didn’t know there was a K9 cemetery, how interesting.

Mine is up as well. Hope you can also check the entry after my photo hunt so you could see my two chefs. :)

I don’t see much of those metal chains being used now. Some have been replaced by plastic ones which are lighter in weight. Anyway, great shots this week Julie :)

Hop in for some fun this weekend in Criz Cats Sanctuary and/or have a look what the metal teeth cat did in Criz’s Sanctuary. Have a nice Easter weekend!
