Bang tagged me to do this meme: 5 things I want to teach my children before they grow up.

There are a lot of values I want to teach my children when they grow up. I have dreams of them becoming not just successful but happy as well. Some of the things I try my best to teach them are the following:

  1. Have faith in God.
  2. Prayers and hard work go hand in hand.
  3. Be respectful. If you respect other, they will respect you back.
  4. Never lose sight of their dream, but they should learn to be realistic too. They should also keep their feet firmly planted on the ground.
  5. Do not believe everything you hear and read.

I could add more to these but the meme says only 5 things :)

For added thoughts, they should know about and learn:

They should remember too, not to be burdened with so many things and enjoy life with all its intricacies and simpleness because Life is a Journey.

Thanks, Belle. I just hope I would be a batter living example to them. Sometimes, I feel I fall short especially when I am exhausted.
