Hi, Julie, This picture reminds me of our first apartment in LA. Every morning, my kids would wake up to the twitting sparrows perched on the branches.
That was a nostalgic history lesson you had in you previous post.
Have a great week!

  • That trellis is in my MIL’s second floor mini-garden. We do have birds too where we live but the trees are so big that the fence is leaning a little already. The history lesson was inspired by the photos I have taken during the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. Very timely too to revisit some of the important events and be able to share this to others who participate in the Photo Hunters. Thanks, Tita Princess :)

Looks like a lovely day to spend outdoors.

Thanks for visiting my blog. Yes, it’s been unusually cold and windy here lately. Imagine the wind having whistle sounds. I like it except during mornings when I have to endure a cold bath.

  • Yes, the weather is just right, cold which suits us fine though I didn’t know it has been raining for sometime in the Visayas region. Sigh. Must be nice to be where you live Rachel, cool air. I’m guessing it is very hot during summer, or maybe not :D

I love a clear blue sky so I can go out, not that I like to be under the sun. I usually stay home on rainy days.

I do notice there are many China nationals in Manila. I always wonder how they can survive in the country when they don’t speak a word of Tagalog! I met a few of them when they came to my seminar on studying in Singapore. They are successful and made quite a lot of money in Manila! One even is taking up PR in Singapore. They are very resourceful people.

  • ECL, a lot of them are undocumented. The business sector, especially those in the retails business have been complaining already. Thanks for the visit.
