PayPal and Philippine Banks

Now you can transfer your PayPal money to your local Philippine bank account free of charge. Free for transfers PhP7,000 and up. It will take 5-7 days before the funds are transfered. But, there is also this Unionbank EON Cyber Account where you can transfer your money from PayPal but with a $5 charge.

So which is better? The Unionbank EON Cyber Account or the use of your local bank branch? Please click the above links to read a little about these. Thank you.
