That’s a lovely shot. Looks like a pleasant place to walk.

  • It is a pleasant place to walk. There is usually a crowd early in th morning and late afternoon so we go at noon time when the people have all gone home :)

What a nice place for a picnic ! Wish there were fruits to pick. hehe…

  • We had a picnic lunch, ECL and that was hubby and the children walking ahead with our food. Nope, no fruits to pick since this was in the middle of a state university campus :D Wish there were fruits to pick, that would be more exciting! Thanks for the visit.

I kind of felt nostalgic looking at this photo. Thanks for posting it.

  • It was serene, Liza, when we went there last Sunday. Far from the oval where a lot of people were biking and walking but at a different time. Did you study in UP?

What a nice place, Julie. Miss ko tuloy ang pinas. ;) This place reminds me of having a picnic at the river.

  • This was just in UP Diliman. There was a stream beside the table where we had our picnic lunch. The weather was just right, breezy and cool. But in the morning and late afternoon, several meters from where we had our picnic would be walking and biking people. thanks for the visit :)

Must have been a nice weekend spent outdoors.

  • It was Rachel, we had a picnic lunch. This was in UP Diliman. We try to avoid the walking and biking crowd in the morning and late afternoon :) Thanks for the visit!

That looks like a lovely place to escape the city.

  • It is a lovely place, yes and it is within the bustling city. But during Sundays, in the early morning and late afternoon, the place is full of people walking and biking. And it is like the city crowd is all there. lol!. We prefer to go at noon when everyone has gone home ;)

Glad you had a nice walk and picnic. It does look like a nice place and escape.

  • We plan to go back again this Sunday, if we have time. We always go to this place but not for picnics, just for biking and walking. This is in the midst of a state university amidst the city. Thanks for the visit, Caroline :)

ah yes. it’s relaxing nga just to drive around the oval because of the trees.

  • Sundays the oval is closed so its perfect for walking and biking. Though there are a few motorcycles kahit me mga naglalakd at nagba-bike. Hmph! Asar! Your kids would surely enjoy here Cess, bring a mat and let them enjoy running around. Fly a kite or toss a frisbee. :)

julie,

i bet it is quite a bit cooler in this place… a perfect place for a family get-together.

  • Belle! This is in UP Diliman! That path is going towards the lagoon. We entered in the corner nearest the Eng’g Building. Perfect talaga, especially during noon when all the bikers and people walking have gone home. Thanks for the visit :)
