our water meter ALMOST got stolen a few months ago, too … but it still didn’t have the metal thingy around it (placed there by manila waters, when we complained about our lines leaking) and the metal bars (trying to make sure it wouldn’t be stolen! hahaha).

what a lovely place! a former dormmate lives there …

WOW, dapat pang Wordless Wednesday ang entry na to Julie. Nice shot, I didn’t appreciate our beaches while I was in the Philippines, pero ngayon hinahanap ko na.

Good thing, our water district there have the policy na sa labas ng bahay ilagay ang meter. Grabe naman, kahit water meter ninakaw, paano kaya nila maibinta yun.

• I don’t know how they can sell it, Raq but it is rather expensive to get a new one, around PhP1,500+ din, I think. Very nice to spend a day or two at the beach, to breathe fresh air.

• Hay, Auee, hubby took photos and made a report to the barangay. Since its election time for these officials next week, we had a faster than lightning response.They said water company would probably give us a new one, without paying since we had precautionary measures done like the steel cage. Bug’s gone. It’s hubby’s turn now.

Wow! Love the beach! I was able to really appreciate our tropical beaches after I have experienced the cold beaches here.

I’m sorry to hear about the water meter. My goodness, it’s such a desperate thing to do. They know that you weren’t at home. Sorry to hear about the Stomach Flu, I hope Tania is better now.
