Every Saturday, members post photos based on a theme. The theme for this Saturday, August 25, 2007 is happy.
Being happy is defined in more ways that one. We may be happy with the very simple things in life. We may be happy with grand events and dreams. Everything depends on our points of view. The photos I am going to present for this week’s theme are representations of what make me happy.
A glorious sunrise makes me happy. This signifies a brand new day filled with hope.
I am happy when there is a fine weather so I can appreciate more of God’s blessings in nature.
Flowers. The sight of this colorful and beautiful flower can uplift anyone’s spirit. I am offering this flower for Photo Hunters friends, Becci and Bobbie. ((hugs)) to the both of you!
A serene sunset photo taken while I was standing in front of the house. I do not really like the color orange on artificial things but I love the sunset’s colors. A sunset for me symbolizes time to refresh, to rest and to renew my faith.
From sunrise to sunset, there are a lot of things that can make me happy. But of course, nothing can make me happier when I am with my family. Still, nothing can even make me happiest than knowing that the good Lord is there, guiding me every step of the way from sunrise to sunset.
Be happy everyone!
P.S. Scroll down some more and read about the Filipino Bloggers Party Part2 that I attended last Thursday night.
