You sure did the right thing, Julie. We must never tire of letting our voices be heard. Together, we can ALL make a difference!

I agree, Jane. We all can make a difference. <strike>As long as our intentions are noble and true</strike>. Ooops. :D

hi julie, i just voted this morning in pasay. would you believe it only took me 30 mins to drive from fairview to buendia. wow, sana everyday ganito...
my sister wasnt able to vote though bec, her name wasnt on the list. and the pasay comelec officer (a young lawyer named atty. tolentino) doesnt know what to do either, excusing herself by telling us she's only on the job for 30 days. grabe, she told us pa, wait lang mas importante tong kausap ko. moot and academic na yan sa inyo 3pm na. then she talked to someone on her cell, saying she received a deped memo that all cayetano votes will be considered stray votes. i wonder why deped would issue that memo on a holiday (its actually on her table)...then, bigla sya bwelo, told the school superintendent on the phone to tell the teachers to just do whatever they want with the cayetano issue. di ba confusing yun? misleading talaga comelec when they announced that jojo cayetano was disqualified na only to make hirit (Abalos himself said that over dzmm) a day before the elections that guy has still 5 days to file the motion for reconsideration...for sure the teachers are all confuse too...poor allan cayetano..i tried to reach his campaign hq but cant get through. back to my sister's problem, she wasnt able to vote (while all of us in the household have voted already) and the pasay comelec officer offered a lame excuse of being new to the job. tsk...tsk...(wonder how she passed the bar exams)...basta, im happy that i was able to exercise my right to vote. i believe there is still hope for our country....

Being new on the job is not an excuse to being ignorant about what to do. Sayang, you should have taken a photo of her, hehehe. Anyway, when are you going to start your own blog? Hope you can get one so I can get to read about you.

Hi Julie! Quite right. We want things to improve, so let's do something about it by casting our votes. It's our way of trying to make changes, and say that we care about our country =) karapatan eh wag sayangin

True, Sheila. Instead of always saying negative things, why don't we say what we want to by casting our votes. Although casting of votes nowadays is not as noble as it use to be, because of vote-buying and other illegal practices. Sigh.
