This is an ongoing trend to those who opt to work from home or stay at home mothers who are thinking of ways to make money. With businesses outsourcing computer-related tasks, and individuals and corporations opting to delegate “planning and organizing parties and corporate events”, people who have a knack for details, design, organizing and coordinating tasks are in business, so to speak. Home-based small business with baking and cooking skills involved, arts and crafts, candle-making, gardening, party needs and decorations, blogging, you name it, a work-from-home mother (and stay-at-home mom can too) can do these things plus a lot more.

But wait…This “career” is not to be taken lightly as the mom involved would not just take care of her business, she has to take care of the children, manage and run a household too. This would be physically exhausting (for those who do not have any house help/nanny like me), mentally challenging and emotionally taxing as well. Of course, the end result would be much, much better because you get to spend time with your children, work in your pajamas and not have to rush to avoid traffic during your travel to and from work plus a host of other things.

To those interested to try this, read some ideas to start your home business, click here, here and here.
